- All orders take 1-2 days to process and are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) during business hours. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via shipping method selected at checkout.
- We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by the mail carrier in Irvine, California, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED "UNDELIVERABLE" FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
- The original shipping will not be refunded on return to sender packages.
- Customers are responsible for any return to sender fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
- Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the return to sender fee.
- If you select to have the package re-shipped you will need to pay the return to sender fee and a shipping fee.
